Most candles sold in the U.S. today are composed of wax from soy beans, and soy beans grown in the U.S. are mostly genetically modified and heavily sprayed with herbicides like glyphosate - not exactly the kind of chemicals you would want to be putting into the air of your home or office.

Our Coconut Wax Candles are made from pure coconut wax, and they are unscented. To make them "aroma therapy" candles, add several drops of your own essential oils to them while they are burning.

These Coconut Wax Candles have a wooden wick, which gives a "crackling" sound similar to wood burning in a fireplace, and they have a burning time of 35 to 45 hours.

• First Burn your candle to reach a full melt pool (melted wax touching or close to the edge of the container) this may take 2-3 hours, otherwise this may result in future burn issues (like candle tunneling).

• Trim the wick before relighting your candle. The wooden wick should be trimmed to 1/4 - 1/8" - simply pinch off the loose black bits from the top of the wick with your fingers before lighting, or use a wick trimmer.
