Terms & Conditions for Frozen products
By ordering any of our frozen products, you are agreeing to choose the appropriate shipping method during checkout to ensure your frozen products arrive unspoiled. Between the warmer months of June and September (inclusive), we recommend that you choose 2nd Day or Overnight shipping to ensure the safe delivery of your frozen products. If the weather is extremely warm outside this time frame, we also recommend that you choose 2nd Day or Overnight shipping.
Healthy Traditions will not be responsible for products received in poor condition if expedited shipping is not chosen to ensure delivery within 2 days.
Note: Our frozen products are shipped from Wisconsin, so it is possible that if your location is in close proximity to Wisconsin that ground shipments may arrive within 2 days. We have also had good success in shipping frozen products via ground delivery to all 48 lower states during cooler weather months.
COVID19 UPDATE: FedEx is reporting some delays of ground shipments of a day or two.
While adding frozen product to cart, by clicking on and accepting the agreement you agree to take full responsibility for the temperature and condition of your product if you do not choose expedited shipping to ensure arrival within 2 days.
Terms and Conditions for Free Shipping :
Frozen products do not qualify for Free Shipping. If any frozen product is added to a non-frozen order, then the order will NOT have free shipping applied. The frozen products should be purchased separately when Free Shipping is available for Free Shipping to apply to the non-frozen products.
