Pastured Pork Fresh Ham Steak - approx. 1.3 lbs (4 package minimum). These bone-in steaks are cut from the large, fresh hind legs of the hog, also called the “ham.” The fresh steaks are hand cut from hogs raised on pasture by small-scale family farmers in Wisconsin.
The hogs are fed a glyphosate free ration while roaming fields and woods. No hormones, antibiotics or GMO feed!

I use these ham steaks in red beans great northern beans black beans lentils etc. and cook the ham with the beans for a few hours. On Monday in New Orleans Red Beans and Rice and the #1 family meal and these ham steaks makey Red Beans so delicious.
