Pastured Pork Boston Butt Roast - approx. 3.6 lbs (2 package minimum). These bone-in roasts are cut from the shoulder of the hog. The Boston Butt is widely used for creating pulled pork barbeque. The roasts are hand cut from hogs raised on pasture by small-scale family farmers in Wisconsin and packaged in vacuum sealed pouches to protect against freezer burn.
The hogs are fed a glyphosate free ration while roaming fields and woods. No hormones, antibiotics or GMO feed!
