Our Bulk Grass-fed Beef offers an eighth of a cow portion (40 lbs.) composed with a greater quantity of roasts than steaks, along with a mix of ground beef and stew meat. Sourced from Galloway cattle raised on natural grass diets, these cuts deliver rich flavor and optimal tenderness, ideal for a variety of cooking methods from slow roasting to grilling. With included shipping, this premium selection brings high-quality, nutrient-dense beef directly to your home, supporting versatile meal planning with expertly balanced portions.

*Shipping is included for most of the lower 48 states, but if your location is remote, there may be an additional charge.  If your shipping needs to be adjusted, we will contact you before your order is completed.

Once your payment is received, your order will be processed within 3 to 4 weeks.  We only process beef in the fall and early winter, so you will need to have your order in before early December to take advantage of the opportunity.  We will notify you prior to shipping to make sure you will be ready to receive your order.

Cuts include: Top Blade Chuck Roasts, Pot Roasts, Rib Steaks, Rib Roasts, Short Ribs, Porterhouse Steaks, T-bone Steaks, Sirloin Roasts, Round Roasts, Tip Roasts, Rump Roast, Flank Roast, Brisket, Stew Meat and Ground 

You will need to plan to have approximately 1.25 cu. ft. of chest freezer or a 1.5 cu. ft. upright freezer space to store your beef.
