Coconut Oil - Organic - Expeller-Pressed - 1 Gallon
Tropical Traditions Organic Expeller-Pressed Coconut Oil is a high quality refined coconut oil. This oil is processed the “old” way by what is called “physical refining.”
The modern way of processing coconut oil is by chemical extraction, using solvent extracts, which produces higher yields and is quicker and less expensive.
Tropical Traditions Organic Expeller-Pressed Coconut Oil DOES NOT use solvent extracts. It is made the “old” way by expeller-pressed mechanical extraction. This organic coconut oil is also NOT hydrogenated, and contains NO trans fatty acids. It is a very good quality food-grade coconut oil.
Tropical Traditions Organic Expeller-Pressed Coconut Oil is made from certified organic coconuts that have NOT been treated with chemicals or fertilizers.
It is certified organic according to European and USDA standards. In addition, Tropical Traditions tests the oil for the presence of glyphosate.
Our Organic Expeller-Pressed Coconut Oil is high in the medium chain fatty acids, such as lauric acid.
Organic Expeller-Pressed Coconut Oil is less expensive than Virgin Coconut Oil, and because it goes through a steam deodorizing process the taste is very bland, unlike Virgin Coconut Oil which retains the odor and taste of fresh coconuts.
Some people prefer a bland, tasteless oil. This coconut oil is solid below 76 degrees F. and liquid above that.
I've been using Tropical Traditions Expeller-Pressed Coconut Oil for a couple of years. I absolutely love the product... I try to put coconut oil in everything - even my morning coffee! I buy the gallon container at a very reasonable rate. I would never shop anywhere else. And it is shipped to me very quickly, even for the basic shipping rate. Thanks for supplying such an awesome product. Terry - Castro Valley, CA
I ordered some expeller pressed coconut oil for a friend to try. She will use it for her cats and to replace oils she cooks with. I only use the Tropical Traditions coconut oil and it has replaced all oils in my kitchen. My dogs and cat go nuts for their coconut oil... Tropical Traditions is the best for selection, quality and shipping times are fantastic. Brenda - Hurst, TX
I am a new fan of Tropical traditions which was introduced to us by a wonderful nutritionist who was speaking in our Women's group. I am making small steps towards healthy living thanks to Tropical Tradition's expeller-pressed coconut oil which is the best coconut oil I have tasted. Even my husband who is really picky did not complain (unlike the coconut oils I've used from other companies) and is now using it everyday. It does not have the taste and smell of coconut. It has a distinct rich taste that's not greasy, and most of all you know that it's healthy. As our nutritionist speaker said "coconut oil is the only healthy oil for frying." It is just extraordinarily excellent and affordable. I love Tropical Tradition's fast delivery & the many ongoing sales of their products which gives the consumers a chance to try them & save more. I highly recommend Tropical Tradition's expeller-pressed coconut oil & the company itself as a whole. I will be a fan for life and looking forward to try the rest of it's healthy products! Organic Expeller Pressed Coconut Oil
Love this coconut oil. Top quality! We have been using it for several years.
Happy long time user
Consistently the purest and tastiest oil out there!
Best out there.
Wonderful product and service.
We use it on everything. A very healthy good tasting oil.
I love this coconut oil. I know it’s from a good source and I like being able to cook with oil that doesn’t taste like coconut. The gallon size is easy to melt and pour into smaller containers. I just sat it on the deck while I was at work and it was pourable when I got home.
