Our NEW Cornbread Mix starts with open pollinated, heirloom corn that is raised organically in Central Mexico, where corn is thought to have originated! By using this excellent quality corn in a convenient, easy to use mix, you can now have great tasting, authentic cornbread, without having to settle for inferior ingredients.
Our Cornbread Mix is made with simple ingredients that are glyphosate tested and no grains with gluten are added in. The corn from Mexico is tested for both GMO and glyphosate contamination, so you can rest assured this may be the cleanest corn in the United States! The corn is milled just before packaging your mix, so you won’t find a fresher cornbread mix on the market.
Since we don’t add questionable ingredients like buttermilk powder or dehydrated egg material, to complete your cornbread you will need to provide the fresh ingredients like milk or other liquid, eggs or a substitute, and your oil of choice. Complete instructions are included to help you bake up a great tasting cake of cornbread.
Ingredients: Organic White Corn, Organic Baking Powder (Cornstarch, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Himalayan Pink Salt
Cornbread Mix Directions
- 1 package Cornbread Mix
- 1 ¼ cups milk or alternative
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten or substitute
- 1/3 cup oil of choice
- 3 tablespoons of butter or alternative
Preheat oven to 400F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan. Place dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Combine the milk, eggs, oil and butter in a small bowl and mix well. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir just until blended. Pour the mixture into the baking pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean.
For cornbread muffins, spoon the batter into muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans.

This is hands down the moistest, most delicious cornbread I ever had. We made 3 of 5 packages and I just ordered another 5 packages.. We added 1/3 cup of sugar because I was out of honey. We let the batter sit 15-20 minutes then baked it per directions....so good. Thank you!!!
